How's everyone doing? Been enjoying the training sessions and the National Day Holiday? Bet you did, but watch your weight! Don't eat too much as time trials for land is coming your way end of this month!

Yes. I agreed more PUSH-ups, PUSH to row harder and PUSH people to turn up for training!!! Push push push push push, just like the NDP parade showing Sharon Au's silhouette on the cubes showing her 'PUSH' to give birth to her child, signifying the birth of Singapore... eh no link...
We got to PUSH to achieve results!
(1) Wednesday training 10th August, 7pm Queenstown Stadium
- last week we did stair running which is a good change to our training so we will use that as our alternative wet weather program!
(2) Sunday water training 14th August, 1.30pm
Water training on 14th August as usual rain/shine
(3) Time trials! As coach as requested, we will be conducting land time trials - please note this an exercise for each of us to gauge our fitness level and is not meant to stress anyone out! We will run this across 2 weekends so that we cover everyone and ppl can attempt it twice if they are not satisfied with their results
